1. We plan the production efficiently through the MES (MANUFACTURING EXECUTION SYSTEM) that allow us to minimize downtime and optimize uptime.
2. We have installed an inverter system and heat exchangers to save energy.
3. We guarantee a continuous modernization of production facilities and the adoption of innovative, high-efficiency technologies.
4. The desire to safeguard natural resources inspired us to build a rainwater recovery plant, which will be used during the manufacturing process and cooled by geothermal.
The implemented measures have allowed us to increase in the production and to get a significant savings on energy consumption.
